[Opengenalliance] translation of the manifesto

Dear all

This list now has people from a few countries other than UK, initially
because of the Anglo ancestry in US and Southern hemisphere, but
increasingly because people are finding the issues we raised have some
universal applicability.

Bob Coret from Netherlands is translating the manifesto into Dutch, and I am
translating it into Spanish. If anyone else has some time and can do other
languages it would be great.
