In the light of this communication, it would be good to draw up plans to
test our digitisation / transcripton strategy and costing via TNA's list,
recently circulated, so that we can demonstrate a workable model - as well
as test TNA's commercial strategy

Dear Javier

Please find enclosed the Q & A document in relation to the Digitisation
Project, this document has previously been made available on the IPS
corporate website. As confirmed in previous correspondence the project
is in a "pause" status and there is very little that I can add at the
moment, however I hope this provides you with some further background
information.

You will see that the Q &A mentions the use of the Strategic Supplier
Framework. It should be noted that should we obtain the authority to
proceed with the digitisation project, it is likely that the competition
for a supplier will extend beyond the IPS Strategic Supplier Framework.

Best regards

Melanie Lee
