Because I'm a student of history and this is how Ancestry work.

Don't Ancestry offer the FS. compiled 1881 census for free?


Apparently they do, but they don't offer the 1841, 1851, 1861, 1871, 1891
or 1901 for free. Ancestry understand the value of loss leaders.
